Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48-72 hours.(Custom pieces are not included.) The tracking number will be updated soon after your package is shipped out. Processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year and national holidays. With some products, we deal directly with the manufacturers. This means some orders can take between 5-6 business days to process.
Once shipped, order can't be canceled.
Custom order are not able to be canceled after fullfilled.
Bling Proud will be subject to customs duties in all countries during the mailing process, so consumers will not be liable for excess costs.
If you do not receive the parcel within 30 days, we wish you contact us in time. We will assist you in tracking the parcel, or decide whether to resend the product.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Bling Proud take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
365-day warranty policy covers all of the jewelry purchased from Bling Proud.
1. We offer 365 days warranty service. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear.
2. The used Custom/Solid Gold jewelry has any problem within 365 days of the delivered date, we offer one-time repairment(Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.), customers pay for resend and return shipping fee.
Warranty exceptions and exclusions:
1. Any damage to jewelry caused by neglect, abuse or natural wear and tear. Damage, such as being hit or knocked, is easily detectable under magnification. For example, if a chain wears thin due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the warranty is considered void. Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.
2. Any jewelry that has been repaired by another jeweler. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweler.
Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days. Please email blingproud@gmail.com prior to making any return.
- Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with jewelry box.
- We do not accept returns on Grillz and Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
- Beyond 14 days, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
- Contact us for shipping address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- You will be charged a 10% of the order value fee for cancellation.
- We are not able to cancel order which been processed or fulfilled.
- There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made to order Products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made to order Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. There is a 50% cancellation fee for Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made-to-order Products if the cancellation occurs during the production time.
- You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for order return.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: (Bling Proud is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)

- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

- Customer ordered the wrong size.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:
- Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.
General Return/Exchange Process:
- Step 1 Initiate your return/exchange
- E-mail us at blingproud@gmail.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.
- Step 2 Ship product back
- Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. It's better to use the shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
- Step 3 Refund or exchange
- When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 1-2 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
- Exchange:We will send you an e-mail to confirm your mailing address before we ship product, if your address has changed, please contact us to correct it. Once your information is confirmed, we will send product within 2 working days.
- Return:We will send you an email to confirm whether your refund bank account is correct (paypal or credit card). If your account has changed, please let us know in time.Once your information is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 2 working days.

Refunds

Is the jewelry real?
- We use real 14k & 18k Yellow Gold or Rhodium/Palladium Plating on all of our jewelry. Our base metals include real 925 Sterling Silver, 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and Brass (matrerial choose depends on jewelry type). Solid Gold is also available right now. All of our jewelry is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?
- We offer both 100% 14k solid gold and 14k/18k/white gold with 5 times plated.
- Our products are made out of the highest quality materials, including 925 sterling silver, brass and then dipped 5 times in gold plating with unique craftsmanship. It will help maintain the beautiful finish and it's hard to fade.
Can I take a shower when wearing your jewelry?
- Yes, you can, but it recommended to keep it dry as often, even solid gold gets tarnished when gets wet. Showering with our gold plated jewelry will not harm the metal itself. However, if you want your jewelry to keep its beautiful look, you should try to stay away from showering with these pieces on.
What kind of diamond stones are they?
- We use hand-selected VVS D color moissanite stones or AAAAA CZ diamond stones as affordable option, they are totally clean and transparent, an excellent alternative to VVS diamond as it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear.
Will it fade and turn my skin green?
- Our jewelry is plated 5 times of real gold. It should not fade color if you take care of it. Dry it if it gets wet.
- Our base material is 925 sterling silver or 316 stainess steel. Be rest assure it won't tranish or turn your skin green.
